For those flying in, you will be transported to your hotel from the Airport, and to the Evening Events and Tech Day via dedicated Suburban’s. Please call Tina with any additional transportation needs 480-228-4097

Happy Hour. Main Lawn Rancho de los Caballeros’

5:30 P.M-8:00 P.M.
Dinner Cookout: Meet at the Corrals, Rancho de los Caballeros’. Hay Wagons will take us down to the Cookout area, and back. Music and Open Bar. Ends at 8:00 P.M

After Dinner
Fire Pit Socializing, there is also a Saloon located in the main lobby building of Rancho de los Caballeros’.

Breakfast provided by your hotel.

7:00 A.M to 7:45 A.M.
For those needing transportation to the airport from Cobblestone, and Rancho de los Caballeros please meet at the front lobby of your hotel and a shuttle will be provided.
For those driving their own vehicle, please make your way to the Wickenburg Airport Office where Golf Carts will shuttle you to the hangar.

Lunch Provided by Southern Cross Aviation. Wickenburg Airport.

Sunday - October 27 th , 2024

Those needing transportation to Wickenburg Airport to depart, please coordinate with Tina the night before your desired departure time.

The UTV ride will be on Sunday. There is very limited space for this activity, and you must be pre-registered and sign waivers no later than COB Thursday October 24th . Contact Tina at 480-228-4097 or email

No exceptions will be granted as cars need to be rented and transported to the staging sites.

UTV riders will need to be at the departure location by 8:30 A.M. Details will be sent to those pre-registered.
